Entrepreneurship defines the way Bart works. As Sqills co-founder he helped shape the Sqills organisation into what it is today. A generalist with an eye for detail, in his role as Chief Executive Officer Bart ensures that Sqills keeps moving forward towards achieving our mission of empowering passenger transport operators with our mission-critical software. By staying close to the customer and being actively involved in business development, software engineering, and operations, Bart is responsible for Sqills across many different disciplines

Having previously joined Sqills decades ago, Lennaert returned to Sqills 2022 after having gained substantial leadership experience in other organisations. His focus was on bringing that experience into Sqills in his current role of Chief Operating Officer. Being Kasper's counterpart in terms of team responsibility, Lennaert leads the software development teams that design, build, and run S3 Passenger. He is passionate about how organisations function and how its members can thrive. He is dedicated to further developing the team Sqills needs to expand globally in the upcoming years

In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Ricarda oversees all financial matters and is responsible to ensure the integrity of books and records. This naturally means driving Sqills business strategically further in financial and commercial aspects to contribute to the business success of Sqills by bringing in her broad financial knowledge. Through her long experience in the Siemens organisation, it is her mission to combine the flexibility and agility of the Sqills business with the advantages of a corporate structure in the Siemens world, leading to the best fit.

After an extensive transport industry career at Accenture, Kasper joined Sqills to take the lead on customer centricity: in his role of Chief Commercial Officer & Chief Delivery Officer, Kasper ensures that the relationship between Sqills and our customers is a true partnership from day one. Being responsible for the customer centric teams, Kasper always focuses on the customer interest and the business value that Sqills provides. He has a natural talent to put the customer interest first in what he does, while ensuring sustainable business growth for Sqills at the same time

As one of the co-founders of Sqills, Johan is the spiritual father of S3 Passenger and is currently Sqills’ Chief Product Officer. With the informal title of ‘Mr. S3 Passenger’, Johan focuses almost exclusively on the product. Both internally within the software development organisation as well as externally in dialogue with Sqills customers and prospects. With a creative and problem solving approach to operator business needs, Johan tries to utilise the technical talent within Sqills to the fullest when envisioning the market-leading feature set for S3 Passenger
